Cultural Immersion

Our single-visit cultural immersion is designed to spark curiosity and celebrate the richness of Aboriginal culture in a fun and engaging way.

Led by experienced Aboriginal cultural ambassadors, children are invited to explore First Nations stories, music, art and traditions through hands-on, interactive experiences created especially for preschool and kindergarten-aged learners.

Program Schedule

🟢 What’s Included (45-Minute Session)

Children will enjoy a fun and interactive cultural experience, including:


  • Indigenous Storytime with Aboriginal stories and language

  • One hands-on activity (tools & artefacts, game, or music & movement)

  • Creative art activity featuring Aboriginal symbols and animal designs

Middle activity options are subject to availability depending on the facilitator.

🎵 Cultural Music Note

If music is included, it may not always feature the Yidaki (didgeridoo).

Activities may include clap sticks, rainmakers, rattles, song and movement, while always respecting cultural traditions.

🌿 Early Childhood Cultural Immersion

Single Visit Program

Give children a meaningful introduction to Aboriginal culture through a fun, hands-on and engaging experience.

✨ Program Overview

Designed for early learning settings, this session supports curiosity, creativity and cultural understanding.


  • Suitable for ages 3+

  • Up to 30 children per group

  • 45-minute session (may extend to 1 hour)

  • Up to 3 groups per day

  • Minimum 2 groups per day

Single group bookings incur a $150 + GST surcharge.

💰 Pricing

$480 + GST per group (up to 30 children)


  • Travel fees apply (based on location)

  • Accommodation may apply for overnight stays

📅 Booking & Payment


  • Payment required within 30 days of invoice or prior to program date

  • Late fee of $25 per group, per week applies after 7 days overdue

⚠️ Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • 50% fee applies for cancellations or changes within 30 days

  • If we reschedule, a new date will be provided at no additional cost

  • Programs may be rescheduled in cases of illness to ensure safety

📌 Important Information

To ensure smooth delivery of all programs:


  • Bookings may be rescheduled if payment is not received and there is no communication prior to the program date

  • Invoice due dates remain unchanged, even if a booking is rescheduled

  • For the safety of our team, programs will not proceed where there is a risk of illness at the service

We proudly deliver programs across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & WA, working with local facilitators to ensure cultural respect and authenticity.

Bookings

Bookings are available from Monday to Friday and we offer up to 3 sessions per day with the earliest group being offered at 9:30 am (depending on distance).

Group sizes are capped and charged at a maximum of 30 children (can be flexible)
