Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process

(a) We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot.

(b) You may cancel by contacting us via:

(c) Cancellations made after 30 days of booking and within 30 days of the scheduled program date will incur a 50% fee per group that is cancelled.

(d) All references to cancellation of appointments in this clause are also a reference to rescheduling of appointments.

(e) All early cancellations of the 11-month program will require a minimum payment of 3 months.

(f) If Little Wombats Program is required to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled date at no extra cost.

Whats involved

Students explore traditional Aboriginal tools and artefacts, play the Indigenous game of Kolap, and create their own Aboriginal-inspired pieces using clay. This engaging program offers a unique opportunity for students to connect with Aboriginal culture through interactive learning and creative expression.

Pricing & Terms

The Bunjils Larr Program caters for classes of up to 30 children and each session runs for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We can cater for up to 3 groups in a single day. This program runs at a cost of $450.00 + GST per group (plus travel fees).

Invoice is due strictly within 30 days of invoice receipt, or prior to your booking date if your date is before the 30 days to avoid a rescheduling fee.


*A late fee of $25 per group will apply for each week the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days from the due date.
